Abhi Gupte has been brown-skinned since 1986, an immigrant since 2008, a patriot since 2010, a tour guide since 2015, a concerned non-white immigrant since 2016 and a race/caste conscious resident since May 2020. In this Personal Journeys segment, he shares his perceptions of America from all these roles and tries to find his place and role in the country.
