Tour Description
Pam Pacelli arrived in Boston from Chicago on the back of a vegetable truck decades ago, fueled by the stories of her grandmother's adventures here in the early 1930s. The things she's learned in her research as a BBF docent have helped to bring her grandmother's story to life. Join Pam on this tour of Depression-era Boston through the eyes of an adventurous 23-year-old from Chicago, and be prepared to connect with Brahmins, the leather industry, the world of advertising, all on a backdrop of the Back Bay and its architecture.
